  2. It teach second grade, so I was unsure at first. But after looking at the kindergarten sight, I can see that there are a lot of possiblilities. I love the movies and slideshows and also the way that she has brought in parents. I think it would be very good for communicating with other classrooms also. That website had a class in Austraila that they talked to..very cool. I will make this one of my goals this year.

  3. I would use bloggin in my classroom as a way to get my students talking about everyday toipc that interest them. I think the student would be more aware of what was written and how it was written because other students and teachers could view the work posted.

  5. Blogging is a great tool. But with college students there is always a mixture of age and technology levels. From the 18 year old techie to the 80 year old art major who looks at you funny when you say CD ROM.

BlackBoard Vista 8 has a blog and journal option to their discussion board, so I'm going to use that with my New Mexico class.

I have been actively seeking something I can use across state lines for discussion. I'll let you guys know what I find.

My class blog is started last year. http://poncemusic.blogspot.com/
